Travel Design Fee + Agreement
If it’s a good fit, we’ll send a link to our Client Agreement, and a payment link for our Travel Design Fee.
The travel design fee ensures we are compensated for time and research if you ultimately decide not to book with us. It also enables us to assist with select non-commissionable bookings. Our travel design fee varies based on destination and number of travelers.
Please note: Travel Design Fee must be paid before trip research can begin.

Research + Proposal
We will begin researching and create an initial itinerary proposal with top recommendations tailored to your trip. Two rounds of complimentary revisions are included. Additional revisions are available at $25 per revision.
Pricing and availability may fluctuate until booking is confirmed. Approval delays may result in rate changes.

Confirmation + Official Booking
Once your proposal is perfect, click “Approve Itinerary” at the bottom of your proposal.
Upon itinerary approval, you’ll securely authorize your payment method by clicking the “Authorize Payment” button in the upper right corner of the itinerary.
Payment authorization indicates that you’re ready to begin officially booking your trip. We are unable to complete any bookings until we’ve received your payment details. Please notify us if multiple methods of payment will be used.
Note: Some trip components may require a direct payment link.

Booking + Itinerary Handoff
Once your trip is booked, we’ll send over travel insurance information. In order for us to release your final itinerary, you’ll need to either purchase insurance, or sign our insurance waiver (CYA, you know?)
We’ll share your final itinerary, which will contain tickets, confirmations, insurance information, and supporting documents. Manage your trip from your itinerary link or in our mobile app.
